What kind of deductions recovery can we expect?

How long will it take to get the recovery?
The process takes about 4-6 weeks all dependent on the type of claims and timely availability of shipper information.
How much do you charge for these services?
We charge a percent commission on recovered funds. If we don’t help you recover funds, we don’t get paid.

Do we have to pay upfront for these services?
For auditing services, you only pay on the funds you receive, after you receive them.

On-going maintenance service allows a set monthly fee to help control and forecast your costs no matter the value of the recovery. Great ROI and planning/forecasting tool.

Will this harm our relationship with Walmart?
This process does not negatively impact your relationship with Walmart in any way.
